ReplyDelete2. 100% of the time. If you are unable to supervise the puppy however, due to work and what not, a safe place such as a kennel, play pen, ext. can be used while you are away but shouldn't be over used.

2 A puppy need to be supervised all the time 24/24....if cannot watch the pup can put in a kennel for the safety of the pup but only when you can`t keep an eye on him or her for short moment.
